“I knew Fellowship was the place the moment I stepped in the office due to the immense effort each person took to service borrowers as people and not numbers on a board.”
Joseph started in mortgages in 2018, after graduating from Pace University with a degree in Finance. Having known Mike since a young age, Joseph wanted to take the opportunity to learn under him in this ever-growing industry.
“Coming from a very large family of 7 brothers and sisters, the goal was to find a company that embodies that family atmosphere. Especially in finance, that atmosphere is not seen in regularity, but Mike and Brian have designed a company to embody that Family atmosphere. That family atmosphere makes you excited about coming in to work every day.
Joseph’s goal is to provide superior service to his borrowers in any aspect of the process. “In the finance industry a lot of the time most people care about numbers and revenue but that’s what differentiated Fellowship from the rest. “I knew Fellowship was the place the moment I stepped in the office due to the immense effort each person took to service borrowers as people and not numbers on a board.”
When Joseph isn’t busy at work trying to get his clients the most suitable loan product out there he stays busy trying to keep up with his family.
“In the 21st Century, all organizations seek to employ staff who are skilled, experienced, respectful, understanding, compassionate and dedicated to the work and to the customer and altogether highly qualified. In all these descriptors, I have just portrayed Mr. Joseph Vignola. During the process of refinancing I expressed ambivalence, however; he was patient, understanding and expressed a genuine respect for what I was verbally conveying to him about my finances after the process. “ - Egola Moore
“Joe was personally engaged in the entire process. He paid attention to detail and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was not only concerned about our loan he was also concerned about our lives.” -Dwight Boone
