Joe was fantastic to work with on my HELOC. He took a stressful situation (a bunch of debt) and made it manageable by suggesting different options until we found one I was comfortable with. He was very professional and patient throughout the whole process and I ended up conquering quite a bit of debt with a much lower interest rate and lower monthly payment.
