When Peter Stassi came to Fellowship Home Loans, he had no idea how fulfilled he would be at the end of every single day and how rewarding his career would become.
Peter studied accounting and business administration at Farmingdale State College and spent 10 years in the sales and customer relations industry. In the sales industry he always felt like he was pushing others to do something that they might not need just to meet a quota. When he came to Fellowship, he realized he is finally helping people with what they needed, when they needed it.

At Fellowship Home Loans, Peter is in charge of qualifying and building the ideal type of loan for each customer. He tailors each loan to the need of the customer and can get them the exact loan they need for who they are and what their situation is. Most of his day is spent on the phone calling clients to check in on their accounts and provide feedback on the loan process. He also speaks with potential clients who are interested in a loan but need some guidance and insight into the process.
Peter hopes to continue in the loan industry and grow to a branch manager position so he can potentially help even more people than he already is.
Peter was drawn to Fellowship due to their strong values and philanthropic mission. He spends a lot of time helping out his community from serving at a local toy drive, delivering Thanksgiving turkey's to families in need or volunteering at North Shore Animal League. Peter truly lives the Fellowship mission in his work and daily life.
